Don’t use generic USPs like affordable, reliable, or trustworthy in your H1 headings, your website copy, or anywhere else.

They’re not real USPs. They’re merely adjectives in nice-to-read sentences.

When reading these adjectives, absolutely no potential customer thinks:

Oh, it says "affordable", they’re affordable. I’m going to call them.
or
“Finally, a local business that’s trustworthy.”
or
“I was just looking for a reliable business—my search has come to an end!”

Do this instead if you want to increase the chance for visitors to contact the business:

Replace affordable: Show how much you charge and what’s in it for the customer, or guarantee the best price. (Though I’m not a big fan of this race to the bottom.)

Replace reliable: Show how many positive five-star reviews you’ve got, how many people trust your service, and highlight a review that proves your reliability!

Replace trustworthy: Show and tell how trustworthy you are by displaying or mentioning your awards, certifications, achievements, etc., instead of just saying, “We’re a reliable business.”
