Hi, my clients business got a boost in interactions and calls jn july, but now in august i am seeing a dip in both interactions and calls. But GMB is ranking on services keywords. Is this normal?

Yes, from last year it has increased 254%

 

I mean did you also see the dip last year? You'd need to compare yearly so that you know the current trends are aligned with what usually happens or if they're unusual.

 

How to check that

 

Well how do you know it has increased 254%? This must be a comparison to last year, no? You check Google Search Console for example and add the compare filter "compare" at the top. Then choose 3 years, year over year.
