Multiple Client Reviews not visible

A couple of weeks ago a client sent me a dm with a screenshot of the review she'd written for me. After 24hr the review still wasn't visible on my GBP and I thought perhaps she'd done something wrong and asked her to please try post again. To date her review still isn't visible, which is a bugger because it was a really nice review!

However I've noticed the same thing has now happened to 2 additional clients of mine, (one of them was actually a review I wrote for the client because we stayed at their accommodation.)
If I go back to check reviews I've written, their review is still there, with option to 'post' it even though i've done it already and if this is happening to me when I check my reviews I'm wondering if the same applies to the other reviews that haven't posted?

Has anyone else had this issue, seems to me that user writes post and publishes, however the review isn't actually published on GBP?
@Tim Kahlert any ideas?

How do you structure your blogs for a multi-location local business?

I'm working on optimizing a multi-location plumbing business for local SEO, and I’m considering using my location pages as main pillar pages. My goal is to create a comprehensive resource for each service area that includes detailed service information, customer testimonials, and links to related blog posts.

Does anyone have experience with this approach? What’s the best way to structure these location pages to enhance user experience and improve local SEO? Should I even make our location page a pillar page?

Any tips on content organization, internal linking, and optimizing for local search would be greatly appreciated! I want to avoid duplicating similar content around the internet. For example, two towns that are right next to each other really wouldn't have that different content. The things you'd write about and the answers to people's questions in those two neighboring towns would be the same. The only difference is the name of the city. So this would lead to a lot of what would feel like duplicated content on your site with the only difference being the name of the city.

Additional Service Is Published To The Wrong Category

My Client is in the UK. Their primary category in the Google Business Profile is 'Loss Adjuster' and they have an additional category for 'Plumber'.

My problem: They provide Leak Detection as a service, but we cannot get 'Plumbing Leak Detection' added to the Plumbing category (see screenshot).
When I try to add 'Plumbing Leak Detection' to the profile, Google either rejects the change or adds it under the main category (even though it is an option - see screenshot).

If I do a search for 'leak detection', all of their competitors show up for leak detection in the plumbing category in the map pack (even if 'plumbing' is not their core offering); and we think this is affecting our ranking and CRO.

The website has leak detection service pages and related blog post content. The profile is active and there are many Google Posts about the leak detection service and Reviews discussing the service. Our citations in directory listings include the service 'leak detection' and are consistent (NAP etc).

What I would like is to have a sub category for 'Plumber' and then have Plumbing Leak Detection, Plumbing Leak Repair, and Plumbing Pipe Repair.

Can anyone share some tips on how I can make these changes to my profile? Is this something I should contact a Google rep for?
Thanks

Local Citations

Hello I need help regarding local citations as my customer is having business in New York and wants to rank there. What sort of citation i need to make? Should I need to go with USA general citation and then move specific New York local citation or USA local are just enough?
