GBP Multi-location Phone Number
- By M. Hossain

I am managing a car wash business GBPs. They have 19 GBP now. Within a few months, they will acquire more carwash sites.
Now they want to use only one single corporate phone number for all of their GBP. So that they can monitor 24 hours all the customer's quires. its more scalable using one single corporate phone number and answering all customer's questions. I recommended that they use a unique local phone number for each location. I also explain how it would affect the map ranking if they one single corporate phone number. And also about the NAP consistency.
Is there any way or any solution to how they would make it more scalable to answer customer queries?
How should I handle it?

Hello everyone,
I’m very grateful for this forum! I’ve recently taken the leap to leave my agency and start working as a freelancer, and I want to make the most of this opportunity. Here’s my current plan:
My client has budgeted 40 hours for SEO setup and 30 hours for web design. After this setup, we’ll transition to an ongoing 7-9 hours per week for maintenance and updates. I’ll be handling both the SEO and web design aspects.
Currently, my client is ranking for a cleaning business in Allen, TX (the main location) using his homepage. Now, he wants to target multiple locations, but his site lacks service-specific pages. I plan to create dedicated pages for each target city and develop a service-specific page.
For the service page, should I focus on keywords without location modifiers? Here’s what I envision for the setup:

Please advise on the following situation:
A Dentist has a personal GBP listing at the practice address where he is employed in US. The practice had created the listing. He is currently serving his notice period before leaving. The Practice had access to this listing but now requires verification. The practice would like to rename the listing to reflect the practice’s name. They already have practice listing. What should the next steps be?

Is it possible to set-up a existing Google Business Profile using new Business Information?
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Forum
Hi there
I have a client who has existing GBP and he don't use that GBP now. He wants to use the same GBP using the new Business information. The GBP created with the same industry.
Now if I edit the GBP and set-up with the new Business information like new website, new address, new phone number and other info, will it affect in future by Google or something else?
Please let me know. Thanks

Urgent: Assistance Needed to Recover Hijacked Google Business Profile
- By atulsharma10
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Forum

Hi to all,
I manage a Google Business Profile for my client's business in the UAE, but it seems someone has taken unauthorized control of the account. They’ve changed everything except the physical address, including the business name, category, and photos. Even the pictures I uploaded are gone, and I’ve been removed as the manager, so I can’t access the profile anymore.
This is the first time I faced such kind of hijacking issue. However, when I search for the business name, the profile still shows up with all our past reviews intact. How can I regain control of the profile that’s been hijacked and changed to suit someone else’s needs?
What steps should I take to recover the account as quickly as possible?
Thank you,
Atul

Hi everyone, I’m working on local SEO for a business that offers multiple services across several locations. I’m trying to figure out the best way to structure the service + location pages. Should I create separate pages for each service in each location? For example:
- Landscape Installation Tampa
- Sod Installation Tampa
- Landscape Design Tampa
- Irrigation Services Tampa
- Landscape Installation Orlando
- Sod Installation Orlando
…and so on.
